Qualifications:

·         Male or Female, below 45 yrs old 

·         Must have at least 5 yrs ABROAD working experience in PLANT CONSTRUCTION (i.e. Oil and Gas, Petrochem, Refinery Project) and DESIGN PROJECT.

·         Graduate of BS or above degree  in INSTRUMENT / CHEMICAL OR ELECTRICAL  Engineering.

·         With experience in I&C system Design & Engineering, with hands-on experience in latest version of InTools (SP Instrumentation), DCS/ESD/PLC/SIS related engineering, instrument specs, data sheets, sizing calculations, vendor offer evaluation, purchase order, etc.

·         Knowledgeabl in applicable standards and accessories such as API, FCI, IEC, IEEE, ISA, ISO, NACE, NFpa, etc.

·         With good command in English both oral and written.

·         Computer Literate (i.e. MS Office Applications, Networking, troubleshooting, etc.)

Job Description:

·         Responsible for preparation of specifications, data sheets, RFQs, technical bid summaries, purchase orders.

·         Reviewing construction drawings such as location, wiring lay-outs, hook-up, connection, typical installation details, loop diagram, logic diagram, etc.

·         Reviewing vendor drawings and data.
