• A CAD operator's main job is creating drawings and specifications based on equations, calculations and written instructions provided by designers and engineers.  He uses manual drafting skills to draw plans that cannot be computer generated.  The job entails fine tuning and revising plans to meet manufacturing and architectural requirements.

• Conceptualization skills are required to visualized finished products and projects.  Manual and computer drawing talents are necessary.  Knowledge of geometry and architectural terminology is needed.

• A bachelors or associate degree in CAD or darafting is required.  Applicants must have certifications or background in Manual or CAD drafting is an asset.

• Utilization of Aluminum, wood, steel materials.
• Standard sizes (doors, windows, cabinets, etc.)
