Job Description and Requirements
- Could manage workers in cold kitchen section and ensures that services are carried out in accordance with prescribed standard.

·         - Should be familiar with both taste and preparation of the food, as you will be responsible for both final preparations and plating of dishes.

·         -  With culinary expertise

·        -  Organized and can maintain the cleanliness of the work area.

·         - Coordinate daily task with Sous Chef and Executive chef.

·         - Ensures all foods are prepared of the highest quality.

·         - At least 2 years hotel experience in related field.

·         A team leader.
