Job Title: AUTO TECHNICIAN ASSISTANT

Job Requirements:
1. Assist the Technician in various ways with repairs and servicing on vehicles.
2. Remove parts and reinstall them when repairs are completed, using hand tools.
3. Carry or hand trucks tools and equipment to work areas.
4. Remove nuts and bolts from vehicles being disassembled for repairs.
5. Hold parts in place for workers performing repair work and pass tools.
6. Return tools to tool room.
7. Perform other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.
Required Skills / Knowledge:
· Strong, healthy and physically fit with ability to perform tasks in a variety of weather conditions (heat and humidity)
· Technical ability
· Detail oriented
· Good communication skills
Experience Needed:
· Basic mechanical qualification preferred
· Previous work experience in an Auto Workshop is an advantage.
Educational Background Preferred:
· High school certification or other related certification
