Qualifications:

Interested applicants should

-         be not more than 55 years old;

-         have at least 3 – 5 years of experience in Navigation, Fish Finding, Purse Seine Fish Boat

-         Extensive knowledge of all areas of captaining a vessel from people management, navigation, fish finding, netting and loading in a catch.

-         Australian equivalent qualifications or Have Completed Licensure Certified by STCW

-         Extensive knowledge of Purse seine fishing

-         Strong communication skills and ability to command crew.

-         Ability to work out at sea for long hours.

-         {C}{C}{C}{C}{C}{C}{C}{C}{C}{C}{C}{C}{C}{C}{C}{C}{C}{C}{C}{C}{C}{C}{C}{C}{C}{C}{C}Knowledge in repairing purse seine mesh nets Have good English communication skills.
