Urgent Job Hiring for General Manager under Retail (Clothing & Shoes)

Job Descriptions

 

Plan, direct, or coordinate the operations of companies or public and private sector organizations. Duties and responsibilities include formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources, but are too diverse and general in nature to be classified in any one functional area of management or administration, such as personnel, purchasing, or administrative services. Includes owners and managers who head small business establishments whose duties are primarily managerial.

Job Responsibilities
  • Achieve all key financial objectives.
  • attract, coach and retain superior talent.
  • Motivate and develop a winning team that will provide exceptional customer service
  • demonstrate an innovative and entrepreneurial approach by responding to the unique characteristics of the market.
  • Abide by the Company Code of Conduct.
  • Implement comprehensive local marketing programs to maximize customer trial and awareness, while encouraging repeat visits.
  • Maintain sufficient staffing levels, both salaried and hourly.
  • Manage the operating budget and operate with Company guidelines.
  • Complete prospecting and follow-up calls to market the product services to local businesses, community groups and associations.
  • Ensure Client database is maintained.
  • Perform activities including hiring, orientation and training, motivating, appraising performance, enforcing discipline, and termination in consultation with the Human Resources Department.
Job Requirements
  • Must be a Graduate of any 4 year Course.
  • With atleast 3 years Work related experience as Marketing Manager.
  • Must possess a good command in English.
  • Can work under pressure.
