Job Description and Requirements

Looking for:

PASTA MAKER

Responsibilities

Requirements

§   Preparing and making breakfast items, burgers, antipasti, and other Pasta items

§   Consistently delivering and maintaining a high quality end product.

§   Control of raw product

§   Managing of section

§   Understand and display daily hygiene practice as per the restaurant standards with regards to food preparation, personal hygiene, in the section during shift and storage areas.

§   Responsible for effective stock rotation

§   Over4 years management experience in a similar field

§   Restaurant experience

§   Understanding of correct cooking methods

§   Communication skills

 


Requirements:

·         Detailed resume with photo in MS Word format

·         Certificates (Training, Employment, etc…) – if available

·         Diploma – if available

·         Passport & NBI – if available
