Position Background:

The project uses the company's high quality blast furnace hot metal to carry out the short process cast iron for production machinery industry. Products are developed mainly for large and medium sized high-end castings, such as large machine tool bed, wind wheels, engine room, and wind power base, maximum castings of up to 45 tons.

Solving problems for our company in the casting production process:

1.        difficulties of taking the mould out in resin-sand production

2.        casting hardness is uneven during smelting

3.        how to ensure the mechanical properties for large ductile iron casting

4.        higher strength of resin-sand ratio than single sand, with sand falling difficulties
