Lab Technician/Instructor Qualifications: 
- Bachelor's Degree in IT/CS/CoE or related course
- At least 7 years total of combined teaching and industry work experience related to E-Learning

Lecturer/Professor Qualifications:  
- BS and Masters of IT/CS/CoE or related course
- With at least 5 years of Teaching experience after completing Masters or 2 years Teaching experience after completing PhD. 

Contract Term: One (1) year, extendable to three (3) years
