Role: To supervise and administer quality service and ensure prompt and accurate upkeep, cleaning and maintenance of all Boats, Jet skis and all Related Equipment in prime condition. To supervise the performance and progress of the boat crew members and ensure timely reporting of all related matters to the Boat Owner and administrative office accordingly. Manage all other duties as may be designated or required.

 Required Skills & Experience:

Ø  Should have a professional/B.Sc degree in Maritime Transportation / Yacht Master Training

Ø  Should be well-trained in Safety & Security and Navigational Watch Keeping Training (NWK) for marine transportation

Ø  Should have a valid international license in Marine Transportation and having experience in managing at least 500 ton or bigger size passenger / pleasures boats/Yachts.

Ø  Minimum 10-15 years experience in driving, navigation and maintenance of small and medium sized boats/Yachts in local or offshore seas, (Gulf Experience will be added advantage).

Ø  Excellent knowledge of boat handling/driving, with in-depth knowledge of on-board navigational, communication and service equipment, including knowledge of maintenance and use of diving gears and safety equipment is preferred.

Ø  Able to supervise and manage boat crew with at least 5-10 years experience in such a capacity.

Ø  Preference will be given to Ex-Navy Personnel

Ø  Preferably a member of RYA (Royal Yachting Association)

Ø  Ability to communicate clearly in English, (knowledge of Arabic will be added advantage).

Ø  Holding valid GCC Driving License is an added advantage.
