 Qualification:

• Degree in engineering / computer science/Information technology or equivalent.

• Must have 5 Years of experience with a medium or large data centre facility.

• Minimum 1 Year international experience preferably in Middle East.

• Must have previous experience maintaining customer relationship at project levels at various stages as implementation, support and continuous improvements.

• Must have experience in installing and administering windows 2008 server or active directly or exchange server.

• Must have some experience of backup and restore management in a date centre.

• Ability to communicate intelligently and effectively with contractors performing maintenance or upgrade work on systems installed in a centre environment.

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

 

 

Scope of Service:

• Responsible for the operating system and associated subsystems.
• Provide system-level support of multi-user operating systems.
• Collect information to analyse and evaluate existing or proposed systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and systems connectivity problems.
• Translating client requirements into highly specified projects briefs.
• Overseeing the implementation of a new system.
