 Qualification:

- At least minimum of 5 experience in the same field
- Experience in help desk role supporting PC hardware, software, microsoft windows products and other desktop applicatios
- Experience in installing, configuring, assembling and repairing computers, monitors, network infrastructure and peripherals such as printers and related hardware
- Excellent customer service and troubleshooting skills for general computing issues including software updrades and preventative maintenance
- Strong written and oral communications skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Male 25-45 yrs old

Scope of Service:
* Maintain and support all RasGas standard software and ensure that these remain fully functional for all RasGas desktops. RasGas Standard software is listed as follows but not limited to:
* windows 7
* MS Office 2003 - MS Office 2010
* Outlook 2010
* MS Project 2010
* MS Visio 2010
* SAP GUI
* Adobe Acrobat Professional
* Antivirus
* Support in moving the information systems hardware within RasGas establishments
* Serving and maintenance for all non-standard sofware used by the company.
* The company will provide the training; however the candidate shall be familiar with basic IT support issues
* Support and maintain desktop hardware (PCs, Laptop, Printers, Peripherals, etc.)
* Troubleshoot & resolve hardware and network issues
