JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS:

• Primarily responsible for the design and decoration of different kinds of cakes;
• Can typically work with customers or clients to create a specific design or theme for the cake, and can also oversee the delivery of orders to clients;
• Must have a certificate program or an associate's degree in pastry arts;
• Must have a keen eye for detail, a creative mind, an ability to distinguish between colors and mathematical skills as they relate to baking recipes;
• Must have strong organizational and time management skills and be able to give direction to other employees;
• Must also possess manual dexterity and excellent interpersonal communication skills when dealing with customers or co-workers;
• Male 23- 40 yrs old, college level or graduate;
• Can communicate in English.
