CAD OPERATOR (2)

Graduate of Architecture or any Engineering disciplines;

Minimum 5 years in AUTOCAD full time operation;

Proficient in ACAD operations;

Can produce 2D and 3D Drawings using AUTOCAD Software;

Knowledge on other related software is an advantage i.e. photoshop, corel draw;

Exposure to international detailing practice is an advantage.

CIVIL TEAM LEADER (2)

5 years experience in multi skilled teams leadership

Able to interpret basic civil construction plans and drawings

 Work experience in concreting works, masonry, laying tiles, rough and finishing civil carpentry works, basic knowledge of machines and equipments used in a job site 

CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN (3)

Preferably graduate of BS Architecture or BS Civil Engineer

5-10 years experience in this position

Knowledgeable in international safety standards.

ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR (3)

BS Electrical / Vocational graduate with 6-10 yrs experience in installation of LV/MV cable lines and other electrical works

Experience in installation and maintenance of medium/large gensets, LV/MV switchgears, ATS, transformers

and cable terminations, industrial pumps, and electrical motors

Experience in team leadership and supervising

INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICIANS (4)

Vocational course graduate

5 years experience in installation and maintenance of medium/large gensets, LV/MV switchgears, ATS, transformers and cable terminations, industrial pumps, and electrical motors.

Must have medium voltage experience.

FINISHING MASONS  (4)

5 years working experience in concrete works in horizontal construction projects, i.e roads, drainage, r.c retaining walls, at least 5 years experience related to concrete & masonry finishes, tile works

Skills in performing masonry works/tile works (walls and floors) and reinforced concrete

H.E MECHANIC (1)

Must have valid professional driver´s license (Philippine) Technical/Vocational graduate or equivalent

 At least 10 yrs. hands-on experiences as Hydraulic/Heavy Equipment Mechanic

Specialization  on  hydraulic systems of heavy equipment is a must

Experienced on diagnosis, troubleshooting, and maintenance and overhauling of heavy equipment is an advantage

METAL WORK ERECTORS  (6)

Technical course graduate

5years work experience as Steel Erector/Fabricator

Skillful in metal fabrication works for welded or bolted connections

Able to interpret plans and drawings

PARTSMAN   (2)  

Must be a college graduate and knowledgeable in accounting.

Must be computer literate.

Must have an experiences / knowledge of minimum 5 yrs in dealing with mechanical and electrical parts.

Must know how to use and read parts catalogs of engines, generators, vehicles, equipments, etc.

STOCK CONTROLLERS  (7)

Knowledge of electrical materials, mechanical parts, civil construction materials, plumbing materials, etc.

3-5 yrs. Experience in warehousing procedures.

Must be computer literate and knowledgeable in basic accounting.

SAFETY OFFICERS  (2)

Engineering graduate or related course, with internationally recognized HSE qualifications.

Minimum 10 yrs experience in HES Industry in major and large projects

Expertise in all aspects of Industrial safety.

With training in HES, audits, inspections, accident investigations, First Aid, CPR, and basic  fire fighting.

Computer literate: Word, Excel, and Outlook

WORKSHOP MECHANICS  (5)

Automotive / Diesel Mechanic graduate

Expertise in general repair of gas / diesel engine driven vehicles (Light and Heavy) including Man and Mercedes Trucks, Hydraulic Crane, Forklift and some earthmoving equipments

Not over 45 yrs old with 5 – 10 yrs experience
