•Responsible for maintaining all shipping documents and records within the Logistics department, by performing the following duties:
•Preparation of documents(invoice, packing list, COA, conformity certificate, declaration certificate, certificate of origin, etc.).
•Prepare, maintain and distribute appropriate documentation for all materials shipped.
•Prepare export documents for International destinations.
•Transact Finished Goods shipments for invoicing and distribute paperwork.
•Create Bills of Lading and provide shipper with shipping instructions.
•Updating Sales Order Data and shipment invoices in the system.
•Updating and filing Packing List and weekly details in Container Management System.
•Filling all necessary paperwork and documents.
•Any other duties stipulated by senior management.
