·         Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering (as per required discipline). Passing the National Licensure Examination would be beneficial.

·         Must be well verse with related International Engineering and Construction Codes and Standards.

·         Fully conversant in computer operations with emphasis on the current version of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and Project Management Software

·         Five(5) years’ experience from the date of qualification in building construction and maintenance; five (3) years of which as project/site engineer.
