Job Description and Requirements

CLIENT:  Allgreen Agritech Sdn Bhd, a member of Sinflora  Group of companies based in Singapore with manufacturing plants in Johore and China. Check out these websites:  www.sinflora.com & www.aspachk.com.

REQUIREMENT:  15 Agriculturists (Supervisory Level) to be assigned in the Cameron Highlands, Malaysia.  Client currently grows chrysanthemums, orchids, and tomato in greenhouses of a total area of 80 hectares in the Cameron Highlands.  The company owns a total of 1,400 hectares, and is embarking into a major expansion in the above-mentioned crops.

WHAT CLIENT OFFERS:

1.  Training in the production of chrysanthemum, orchids and tomato, estimated to take place over a period of 8 months (equivalent to 2 growing cycles of chrysanthemum).  The training is a valuable tool for the worker's future endeavors, either for higher positions in a rapidly growing company in Malaysia/Singapore; or, for other opportunities that will certainly open up for the worker as his knowledge, potential, and marketability are substantially boosted.

2.  Potential for promotion to managerial level.

3.  Starting salary of RM 1,500 (Malaysian Ringgit), roughly equivalent to PhP 21,000.  Housing is free.  There will be upward adjustments in salary based on performance.

4.  Contract is for a period of three years, renewable on a continuing basis.  Round-trip air tickets to Manila will be provided after two years of service.
