Job Description and Requirements

Being the sole distributors for popular brands such as Kraft, Eveready, Energizer, Gillette, Gipo, Capilano-Honey and Dunlop-Footwear has seen the company thrive in a competitive market Customer Service Manager – Electrical Responsibilities: • Assist the Branch Manager and Department Managers to ensure the general management of the business to the standard expected by the Company • Ensure all Sales Staff comply with policies and procedures and conduct business to the standards as expected by the Company and within PNG Law • Communicate with Department Managers to ensure their respective departments are operating efficiently with the Sales Department • Develop, implement and maintain sales budgets and strategies with the Sales Staff • Travel within Papua New Guinea to develop relationships with key customer accounts to ensure ongoing business growth • Assist Department Managers to develop, implement and maintain efficient and professional stock control procedures to minimize stock shrinkages and theft of Company property Qualifications: • Substantial senior sales or contact account experience and electrical trade qualifications highly regarded • Experienced in service industries with emphasis on contract, wholesale or retail of electrical supplies • Strong leadership qualities and excellent communication skills Be engaged and please spread!
