- High School graduate

- minimum of 5 years experience in exterior & interior of commercial/residential. Preferably ex-abroad. 45 years old below

- MUST have verifiable work experience. All previous company must have CERTIFICATION in a company letterhead.

- Experience to include the painting of roofs and exterior walls

- Ability to mix paint to correct colourings
