*Main Function: - Responsible to ensure the correct implementation of the project quality plan and quality procedures, to maintain productivity targets, in accordance with work schedule;

* Duties & Responsibilities:

• be based full time at site;

• to be fully aware of the project specifications, drawings and BOQ;

• to ensure that all site activities are conducted under controlled conditions as per shop drawings, method statements, specification and work plan;

• to assist the technical office engineer in preparation of method statements related to his scope of works;

• to report to the construction manager/project engineer any technical problem in the project;

• to confirm the overtime hours for labourers under his supervizion;

• to request materials, tools and equipment needed from construction manager/project engineer;

• to control the use of material and avoid damages and waste;

• to ensure safe work environments;

• to get the approval from consultant as per contract documents;

• to ensure that all items payable to sub-contractors are already measured & approved by the consultant;

• to identify and secure all existing services of public service.

* Job Requirements:

• Qualifications: civil engineering degree.

• Experience: minimum of 3 years is required.

• Skill Special Requirements: computer knowledge (Microsoft Word and Excel)
