Job Description

·         Take charge of the Engineering department

·         Identifying areas / means to control expenses and to assist sourcing for cost effective suppliers and contractors

·         Simplify work techniques, update new techniques, supplies and equipment increasing efficiency and the maintenance of operational readiness of equipment and supplies

·         Supervise the upholding of company policy and procedures to ensure safety, security and welfare residents and staff, counseling staff that deviates.

Skills, Knowledge & Esperance

·         Must have 3 years experience in building maintenance in hospitality

·         Must  have supervisory skills in practice – at least 1 year experience

·         Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent

·         Meticulous and able to work inter-dependently

·         Proactive and self-driven

·         Customer service skills

·         Team player, communication and listening skills

·         Computer literacy skills

·         Problem solving/ trouble shooting skills

Salary and Packages:

• Basic Salary: BD 350 (approximately Php 40,000)
