HealthCare Staffing, Inc. (HCS) will bear the following costs:
* Two way air ticket to US to write the NBCOT
* Fee for NBCOT
* Fee for Visa Screen Certificate
* Accommodation, food and commute expense to the NBCOT center
* State Li-censure cost up to three states
* H1B visa processing fees
* One way air ticket to US when candidate come here for employment
* Up to two months of free accommodation
Other Benefits and Salary :
* Starting salary is $31.00/hr for SNF(skilled nursing facility) with overtime rate of $46.50/hr for more than 40 hrs/wk and & $40.00/visit in home health with overtime rate of $60.00/visit for visits done more than 35 visits/ wk.
* Employee accrue .08 hrs as Paid days off (PDO) for every hr they work. All full time employee will accrue at least 18 days/ yr which they can use for vacation, holidays and sick days.
