SERVICE ADVISOR
Job Description
Properly evaluates the customer’s needs to ensure that all their requests and service/repair requirements are fully undertaken. Give advice concerning the general condition of the car and the added value of the workshop propose benefits and service enhancements. Ensure that cars are cleaned and work completed before contacting customers for collection. Deliver vehicle to customer with detailed explanation about the repairs, test reports and invoice.

Minimum Skills and Qualifications:
  • MALE or FEMALE, Technical diploma in the Mechanical field
  • 2 to 3 years of experience with at least 1 year in a customer service role
  • Familiar with all the car models in the company’s product range
  • Time management
  • Customer satisfaction oriented
  • Planning skills
  • Convincing / negotiation skills
  • Good communication skills
