Qualifications:

• High School Diploma and Mechanic diploma and/or experience
• Advanced English Speaking and Writing
• 3-5 year of experience in a relevant/similar industry. Experience in Aluminium Smelting industries are preferable.

Task Description:

• Performs installation, fabrication, cleaning, inspection, maintenance, repair, review and modification of machinery equipments and their systems.
• Detects and diagnoses faults/defects during equipment installation.
• Installs and repairs piping systems and associated fixtures, including insulation.
• Performs layout cutting, certified welding and brazing work with various types of metal stock
• Assembles EMC molds
• Performs heating, forging, working, grinding, and tempering operations
• Do necessary painting in conjunction with repair work
• Operate cranes and other power driven equipment
• Orders parts and materials through planning department.
• Performs preventive / predictive maintenance on Mechanical equipments. Conduct and record tests such as ultrasonic inspection, vibration analysis, lubrication analysis and laser alignment.
• Carries the complete work (storage and cleaning) and the effective operation of the equipment after each intervention.
• Shares appropriate information to update the technical documentation
• Participates in equipment maintenance program (EMP) development and continues improvement.
• Maintains a good operating condition of all Mechanical equipment and Tools per EMP instructions.
• Held responsible for the functionality and condition of his personal tools and general use tools and equipment.
• Performs all related duties on shift work as required.
