Qualifications:

• Male
• 25 - 45 years old
• Vocational Graduate or Graduate in Related Course
• Speak and write good English.
• Experienced in BMS controls, field devices such 
     as differential pressure switches, temperature 
     sensors, meters, actuators, and along with head 
     end control and manipulation.
•  Experieced in the technical and maintenance 
     scheduling on the following:
      • Power systems 
      • Illumination system 
      • Electric power control system 
      • Heating, Ventilation and Air-conditioning 
        HVAC System 
      • Security and observation system 
      • Magnetic card and access system 
      • Fire alarm system 
      • Lifts, elevators etc. 
      • Plumbing system 
      • Burglar alarms 
      • Other engineering systems 
      • Trace Heating
