Lab Technician/Instructor Requirements: 
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering  
- With at least 8 years total of combined teaching and industry work experience related to Civil Engineering

Lecturer/Professor Requirements:  
- BS and MS Civil Engineering Graduate  
- With at least 5 years of Civil Engineering teaching experience after completing Masters or 2 years teaching experience after completing PhD. 

Monthly salary: Very competitive
Contract Term: One (1) year, extendable to three (3) years
