·         Graduate of any related course

·         Minimum of  3-5 years work experience on construction firms and residential builders

·         Fluent in English language ( written & oral)

·         Holder of  Professional Driver license

·         with TESDA Training  in Carpentry is an advantage

·         Holder of  Professional Driver license

·         25- 45  years old below

·         Male  only
