1. With good personality, aggressive, presentable, with minimum marketing experience
2. with recruitment experience for different type of workers - not necessary
3. can technically evaluate and interview applicants, preferably
4. can perform field sourcing - fflyers distribution all over Metro Manila and nearby provinces
5. with own database of workers and contact persons in all possible recruitment areas in the Philippines is a plus
6. have handled recruitment for big accounts/corporation - preferably
7. can assist during employer's interview
8. can speak and write English fluently.
