MUST HAVE A GOOD KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THE CRANE AND HEAVY EQUIPMENT.MUST HAVE WORKED AS A SUPERVISOR AND KNOW HOW TO MANAGE PEOPLE TO GET THE BEST OUT OF THEM.
