Qualifications:

• Technically posses basic knowledge in writing contracts for a refinery/oil and Gas environment works including procurement of such contracts. Have a basic knowledge of international contract procurement procedure preferred, if not with Saudi Aramco Contracting Manual
• At least have a minimum of 5 years experience in contracts development/administration works in the Oil and Gas industry
• Must have at least 5 years minimum experience and exposure in various oil and gas construction, projects and maintenance works
• Knowledge in preparing contracts preferably in accordance with Saudi Aramco contacting manuals and procedures
• Must be able to qualify and review works scope and able to institute changes in accordance with the contracting manual
• Basic understanding of various work processes in engineering, projects and maintenance (EPM) works in an oil/gas facility
• Must have trained and attended a contracting course for oil/gas industry
• Must be knowledgeable in cost estimating works
• Must be knowledgeable in basic engineering standards and read/interpret engineering drawings
• Computer literate in MS Office applications (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) SAP knowledge is preferred
• Be a graduate of Engineering degree (or equivalent)
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
• Self driven, self motivated and can work with minimum supervision.

Task Description:

• Scopes, develops full draft contract package, and assist in the procurement of all types of contracts (LFC's, SFC's, MFC's, SCC, etc) in accordance with the SACM for refinery utilization
• Participates in all contract finalization/procurement such as in functional reviews, Bid slate development, conduct Job Explanation/Site visits, prepares and evaluates technical proposals, analyze bids, recommend award.
• Prepares other contracting documents such as Solicitation of Interest (SOI's), Amendments, Addendums, Change Orders, Justifications, SRC package, etc
