The Russell Inn Hotel & Conference Centre is a year-round, first class facility that has been providing a wide range of hospitality services to our local community, as well as thousands of travellers, skiers, and conference guests for over 39 years. Our hotel has 122 rooms between three properties, indoor pool, waterslide and hot tub, conference centre, restaurant, Pizza Hut Express, 2 Subway stores, pub, convenience store, Esso gas bar and beer store all on site. We employ approximately 130 staff. We are also the founder and majority owner of Asessippi Ski Area & Resort.
Food & Beverage Server
Job Summary:
Food & Beverage Servers take food and beverage orders and serves patrons in restaurant, conferences and banquets and take out items (Pizza Hut). Prepares and serves simple food/beverage items. When serving alcoholic beverages, he/she practices responsible alcohol service and ensures compliance with provincial liquor legislation and regulations. The food and beverage server presents bill to patrons, accepts and processes payments, sets up banquet rooms according to instructions and demonstrates great customer service.
Academic:
High School Level. Any secondary education in this field is an asset.
Experience:
Any prior experience in customer service and/or food service is an asset.

Oral Communication, English Reading & Writing, Numeracy, Job Task Planning and Organization, Working with Others, Memory Function
