1.Sound knowledge and proven record handling all types of Package Units, Domestic AC Units.

2.Good working experience in Preventive, Corrective Maintenance activities of Package Units, CHW Secondary System & Domestic AC Units.

3.Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, plant layout and minimum record keeping as per the maintenance international standard.

4.Working knowledge in Electrical system & services would be an added advantage.

5.Works well under pressure and has time management skills to ensure the company and his team meets deadlines and targets.

6.Experience handling BMS System & Computerized Maintenance Management System work load assignment.

7.Facility Management working experience would be an added advantage.
