Very good experience in cooking (JAPANESE) food season and cook according to recipes or personal judgment  or experience. Observe and test food to determine if it has been cooked sufficiently portion.

Arrange and garnish food assist other cook during emergencies or rush periods plan and price menu items ordering the stock of ingredients and utensils needed in the kitchen (Inventory)

Observe the cleanliness  of the kitchen to have knowledge about the ingredients used in the JAPANESE recipes to have knowledge about JAPANESE food:
