Job Summary:

·        Preparing, cooking and presenting food according to the given instructions and established standards.

·        Responsible in the preparation and presentation of dishes.

·        Maintains high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness in all kitchen area.

·        Ensure the food items and kitchen equipment are all in good manner.

Requirements:

·        23-30 years old; Good Communication skills

·        Minimum 2 years of related experience in a 4-5 star hotel.

·        College or above or recognized culinary education.
