Job Description and Requirements
JOB OPENING IN ABUDABI (U.A.E)

Job Summary:



To manage the entire operational process of the deliveries to meet the customers’ requirements. 

Qualifications:

*Must have atleast 3 yrs exp. in logistics company
* Age: not morethan 37 yrs old
*Good English Communication Skills
*Good in e-mail correspondence

Key Result Areas (Responsibilities
)
  1. Complying with company policies, procedures and safety rules & regulations.
  2. Proper planning for trucks & drivers movement.
  3. Keeping maximum availability of trucks as well as drivers for utilization.
  4. Maintaining valid registration, security passes & road permits for all the fleet.
  5. Meeting requirements of external customers as well as internal.
  6. Ensuring that all deliveries are on time.
  7. Ensuring all trucks are suitably equipped with the required latching materials.
  8. Daily operation issues are properly and safely sorted out.
  9. Proper coordination with client team.
  10. Issuing, tracking & receiving delivery notes for daily trips.
  11. Reporting pending and delayed DNs.
  12. Reporting the daily consolidated dispatch, availability & utilization reports.
  13. Pre-journey inspection of each truck is properly done.
  14. Handling of loading/grounding containers in the yard, if required.
  15. Reporting of time in/out of the trucks to/from the yard.
  16. Reporting of any missing materials/tools or physical damage happened to the truck.
