URGENT DEPLOYMENT!!!

Qualifications:  

A candidate must be female only, 25 - 35 years old  with at least 2 years experience as a Staff Nurse. Preferably Tertiary Hospital with 150 bed capacity. With Profesional License. Local or overseas experience. With 2 months gap only.

Requirements ( 2 sets and put in long brown envelop)

·         Clear copy of Resume with recent picture indicating complete personal data, equipments used/handled, cases handled, special area handled and stating that the hospital is tertiary

·         4 pcs 2x2 pictures

·         Employment Certificates (present and previous)

·         Two (2) Nursing references (from Head nurse and nursing supervisor)

·         If cannot provide 2 nursing references, explanation letter must be attach.

·         If there’s a gap experience minimum of 2 months, please attach letter of explanation

·         College Credentials (Diploma, TOR and RLE)

·         PRC license (PRC Certificate, Board Rating and PRC ID)

·         Valid PRC ID. If for renewal, please attach the receipt of renewal.

·         Passport

·         Trainings/Seminars certificate
