JOB DESCRIPTION:

This position is responsible for checking in and checking out of guests according to the Hotel Act requirements. Basic functions include dealing with guests’ requests are handling them according to the hotel policies with professionalism and courtesy.

QUALIFICATION:

• Degree holder in any 4 year course
• Minimum 2-3 years experience working in any 4-5 star hotels
• With knowledge in Fidelio or Opera System
• Costumer Service Oriented with good working attitude
• Excellent communication with great interpersonal skills
• Pleasant and Well-groomed personality (not thin/ not too fat)
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice
• Between 21 – 35 years old
• Male/Female
