MAINTENANCE FACILIY SUPERVISOR

Requirements:

·        Minimum 5 Years of Experience Facility Maintenance Management (mainly HVAC / Electrical equipment)

·        Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

·        Ability to analyze and resolve specific problems, read & interpret HVAC / MEP drawings

·        Inspect materials, workmanship & architectural, mechanical & electrical installations for conformance to plans and specifications.

·        Conducts periodic inspections of works in progress / inspect existing facilities to ascertain their condition   

and generate regular MIS reports

·        Reviews / approves shop drawings & breakdown costs submitted by suppliers and contractors.

·        Oversees the development of predictive, preventive & maintenance programs including maintenance check

sheets, techniques and related    engineering analysis.

·  Good communication skills; multi-lingual (English, Arabic an advantage)
