SKILLS:

• Ability to develop designs from modern and classical style
• Excellent in 3d max 8( using V ray RC 1.5), AutoCAD 2009
• Image editing software like adobe photoshop and adobe illustrator
• Site supervised and inspector
• Knowledge of microsoft word, excel and powerpoint
• Preparation of conceptual, proposal and working drawings for the project
• Preparation of 3D Visual for Interior design and architectural
• Materials selection such fabrics, marble/granite for flooring, wall covering and loose furniture
• Bring the project to sucessful end in reference of quality, time and budget
• Preparation of mood(conceptual) presentation board
• Preparation of furniture layout, space planning, flooring layout, false ceiling and other working drawings
• Build scheduled plans for work execution
• Conducting site meeting and inspection
• Prepares presenatation drawings for interiors design proposals
• Responsible for cost estimations, plans, specification, bill of materials contract documents and tender drawings for the customer
• List bill of quantities for proper estimations and ordering
• Responsible for preparation of all architectural and shop drawings detail and asbuilt drawings for operation division department
• Presentation of the proposed drawings and perspective drawings
• Site inspections and meetings with clients, contractors and supplier
• Reviews all drawings and working detailed drawings for the tender
• Conducting such inspection for request projects
• Assist the supervision department in the supervision of on going projects
• Using manual drafting and manual rendering
