The candidate shall have at least a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in the facilities/property management industry. The candidate shall possess and demonstrate the following:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management or Mechanical and Electrical Engineering or Construction Management or similar discipline.
- Good knowledge of standard HSE practices,
- Excellent inter-personal and communications skills, and strong oral and written skills in English and Malay;
- Diplomacy and strong negotiation skills;
- Computer literacy with good knowledge of commercial application / Facilities Management software;
- ability to work at own initiative and as part of a team.
