The Requirements :
-The candidate shall have a minimum of 15 years relevant experience in the facilities/property management industry with at least 10 years at managerial level.
The candidate shall possess and demonstrate the following :
- Proven ability to create, develop and implement facilities management procedures and processes;
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Facility Management/Property management/Built Environment preferably with suitable professional membership;
- With Facility Management institutions or equivalent and should possess a minimum of fifteen (15) years experience with at least (10) years in the capacity in Facilities Management;
- Good knowledge of standard HSE practises, preferable with IOSH & NEBOSH trainings;
- Excellent Inter-personal and communication skills, with strong oral and written skills in English and able to communicate in Malay is advantage;
- Diplomacy and strong negotiation skills;
- Computer literacy with good knowledge of commercial application / Facilities Management software;
- Good leadership skills with ability to work at own initiative and as part of a team;
