Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring smooth operations of restaurant
• Guide and train staff in service skills
• Planning weekly duty rosters
• Responsible for maintenance of restaurant cleanliness and condition
• Ensure harmonious relationship between service and kitchen crew
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned 

Requirements:

• Must be a Bachelor's Degree Graduate
• Must be graduate in any of the following universities from

 - DLSU (Manila/St. Benilde)  

 - UP Diliman * CEU * UST * FEU * CEU * UE* PWU * PCU * ADAMSON

-  Lyceum of the Philippines   

-  Mapua Institute of Technology

• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in Jollibee, Chowking, Greenwich, McDonalds, KFC, Pizza Hut, Shakey's, Sbarro, Kenny Roger's, Max's,  
• Preferably presently employed in the same position
• Confident, persistent, dedicated
• Able to lead and motivate team
• Excellent communication with great interpersonal skills
• Between 23 – 35 years old
• Male / Female
