Job Description and Requirements

All Candidates must have 3 years minimum experience in critical care unit.
Professional Board Passer and with ready Passport (2 years validity).

Required documents:
1. Resume with detailed job description, cases and equipment handled indicated. 
2. Employment Certificate (previous and present)
3. Reference Letter (at least 3 for each hospital)
4. Membership/ Licensure certificates (PRC ID, Board Rating and Certificate)
5. Educational Degrees Certificates (Diploma,TOR and RLE)
6. Passport Copy
7. Other Supporting documents (like seminars & trainings attended)

Note: All Documents to be place in a LONG brown envelope and photo copy of your documents should be in A4 or short size bond paper.
