Role Rationale

·       Inspect the digital file finished by assembly operator or artist to find out the mistakes and stop job going on to next section.

Accountabilities

·       Undertake day-to-day inspection through computer monitors including: insepct the digital files finished by assembly operators;

·       Make records of all the mistakes found out during daily inspection to provide true and valuable information for quality analysis ；

·       Ensure all inspected digital file meeting the company’s quality standard.

·       Handle the inspection of production artwork;

·       Good attitude to cooperation within QA department and between other departments to contribute to team spirit building;

·       Prepare SOP of soft QC and update it timely;

·       Keep work environment order and clean and  perform any other related duties that may be assigned to you from time to time

·       To perform any other related duties that may be assigned to you from time to time.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

Academic & Professional:

·       Junior College/Vestibule School/Senior School;

·       3 years as DTP operator for Offset, Gravure, Flexo and Post-Print;

Key Performance Indicators

·       Reasonable inspected job amount;

·       Internal rejected job amount, that’s to say, all mistakes and all the potential defects that being prevented;

·       ENCP percent must be controlled under the limited target;

·       Be familiar with the software digital page and able to handle the job by personally;

·       The team cooperation spirit in the daily work

·       SOP preparation with actively attitude and keep training once it is updated;

·       Do daily cleaning;

·       Performance of tasks assigned from time to time;

Functional & Technical:

·       Software Knowledge: Photoshop, Illustrator, Freehand, Artpro, Indesign, digital page.

·       Macintosh Computer operation;

·       Language: good English reading
