Work closely with Account Manager to make sure all business from those allocated accounts can be grows and resolve issues to keep implementation of customer service maintenance on track.

Accountabilities

Key Performance Indicators

·       Gather information from Marketing/Sales/allocated Customer into documentation proceed to production to Customer Service Representative issue accurate work order to production.

·       Provides professional consultant/instruction to dept. member to solve any basic technical prepress or printing issue.

·       Establishes and implements complete internal filing system to ensure backup all valuable documents for future reference.

·       Manages communication/coordination with external clients and Schawk internal to make sure on-going jobs goes smoothly in facility and maintenance high satisfaction from clients.

·       Be active and responsible for all tasks and complete the tasks timely, effectively and smoothly.

·       Summarize each of internal or external issues as well as proceeding prevent solution.

·       Work with technical team to develop some technical database for clients.

·       Handle all relative email and correspondence regarding allocated accounts to support business goes smoothly.

 

·       Input necessary information and feedback to CSR  as help to issue PA to production smoothly and effectively.

·       Revise CSR appraisal proposal to be produced benchmark also reflect objective working hours and billable hours.

·       Backup as team leader whenever Manager is on leave or on trips, leads CSR and team member to perform well and keep on going smooth dept. process.

·       Provides technical support once necessary both external & internal demands.

·       Works with Manager to make sure all CSR perform well and get prompt support and advice when face problem or difficulty in day to day work.

 

·       Have abundant printing knowledge and experience which helps jobs delivery out timely with high quality and efficiency.

·       Solve the problems in work with determining ways. Monitor and analyze work report concisely, clearly and in accordance with the work results.

·       Confidential of all technology with a proper rule in Account & Customer Service department.

·       Full attendance-working on time and attendance should be over 96% (exclude of annual leave)

·       CSR evaluation every month to Manger with performance scores.

·       Set up the KPI of main existing client to include the account details, such as job volume, brands, sales.

·       Updated company client information database, gather the printer specs& survey, fingerprint curve and data, Kodak curve, etc from technical & production tram.

·       Sending MS software jobs for MS person approval and make sure Asia is informed of the approval status to proceed with billing.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

 

Academic & Professional:

·       Colleague or above degree, Certificate for computer

·       Experience in Printing or Packaging

·        More than 1 years in Customer Service environment

·       Software Knowledge: Microsoft office/Illustrator/ Page maker/Photoshop/Freehand

·       Language – good English both written & oral
