All the below roles require at least 3-5 years experience in a 5 star japanese or sushi based establishment.
2 Sous Chef to work directly with the head chef. This person must have head chef or sous chef experience as the role requires management responsibility. It essential that they are able to work in different cultures and be able to relate to and control foreign staff. Excellent english is required. This role will be based in the hot section so japanese/asian skills in the hot section are important.
