  • MALE / 24 - 36 YRS OLD
  • COLLEGE LEVEL
  • 2-4 YEARS BARTENDING EXPERIENCE, WAITERING AN ADVANTAGE
  • KNOWLEDGE OF WINES AND CIGAR
  • EXTENSIVE KNOWLEDGE IN BRANDS AND QUALITY OF LIQUORS AND COCKTAILS
  • SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • UNDERSTANDING OF DRAFT BEER AND OTHER TYPES OF BEER, COFFEE MACHINES , ETC
  • COST AWARENESS AND FULL UNDERSTANDING OF INVENTORY
