The Secretary shall primarily set-up meetings, schedules and travel arrangements of the company’s officers. She must be capable of preparing and filing correspondence and reports. She will also perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
* Good communication skills: oral and written
* Highly organized and a fast-worker
* Preferably: has 1+yr experience in a construction company or related enterprise.
