Job Description and Requirements
 
  • Experience in 4 or 5 star hotels (local and overseas), luxury liners
  • Trade Qualified Chef or Baker/Pastry w/ minimum of 5 years experience
  • Male / Female, between 25-40 years old only
  • with expertise in Italian cuisine
  • Management/ Leadership training/experience a plus 
  • HACCP/ USPH oriented ( certificate required)
  • CERTIFICATE IN FIRST AID
  • IELTS EXEMPTED  and/or IELTS passer
  • Supervisory experience is an advantage
  • Must be willing to work long hours
