WORKSHOP SUPERVISOR / FOREMAN:

• At least Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University.
• Minimum of 2 - 5 years working experience in similar industry dealing with different equipments of construction sites. Working experience as Fleet Supervisor / Workshop Supervisor / Maintenance Engineer / Workshop Manager or similar field of work in any logistics & transport company / construction company / industrial company or any relevant experience.
• Knowledgeable in making sketches and execute drawings from scratches.
• Must be knowledgeable in the repair / maintenance of Automobiles / Heavy Duty Vehicles / mechanical/electrical and hydraulic equipment & devices.
• Must have valid certificates in calibration and equipment handling. Good knowledge of workshop equipments and Material Control.
• Able to read electrical and hydraulic circuit diagrams. Can demonstrate strong leadership and proven experience in resources planning and deployment..
• Responsible for the advanced ordering parts and planning for Maintenance & Repair jobs. Able to plan parts / spare parts procurement.
  
• Able to handle a team of Maintenance and establish proper working conditions & tools in Workshop.
  
• Responsible for the completion of jobs required in definite time.
• Knowledgeable in Quality, Health and Safety Standards and ISO Systems Awareness.
• Computer literate, good English communication skills.
